I totally loved my time at the hotel! The rooms were amazing, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and the location was just perfect. The dining experience was good overall, and the facilities were top-notch. The only downside was being a bit far from some attractions.

My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a great range of amenities like a Jacuzzi tub, modern decor, and a balcony. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring the area, with a large pool area to relax in. However, the dining experience could be improved with more options and clarity on pricing.

The hotel is situated in a lovely location on North Sound, offering well-kept rooms and close proximity to tour boats for Sting Ray City. While the rooms were somewhat warm and not as fully stocked as expected, the service was exceptional and the location convenient for various attractions.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I was assigned wasn't ready on arrival, but once settled, it turned out to be very nice with convenient amenities such as a fridge and coffee-making facilities. The beds and pillows were comfortable, although the lack of soundproofing was an issue as we could hear conversations from the neighboring room.

The King Suite ocean front room was very nice and comfortable, although it faced the side yard full of trash and debris, which was a downside for me. The service was nice and very helpful, especially during a difficult time, and the location was good for me as I had a car, although it was far back from the road. The dining offered a varied sandwich selection, but there were issues with portion sizes. The facilities were modern and convenient.
